What was Thursday, April 15? Oh, the day Trish spent what was probably her entire day scheduling children for GGYR May sessions. The last email I got from her, she had answered 461 emails today!!! Really, truly? Incredible. From the 461 emails, she has 87 confirmed appointments for various amounts of children, 14 appointments she is holding until she hears back, and only eight slots still open. I’d say that isn’t bad for the very first day of scheduling. From the looks of opening day, the 2010 season will probably be a pretty busy one! (That was my Captain Obvious comment of the day.) We cannot believe the response. Trish, good job taking it easy after surgery. Ha! Thank you so very much for your hard work, dedication, and crazy scheduling skills. Because of your organization, there will be a lot of happy children in May.
Update from Cindy concerning last night’s post: There is good news! I just talked to my sister in CSprings and she said the doctor said tonight (after a second cat scan) that there is no medical explanation for Nan’s condition and remarkable recovery. Her liver and spleen look fine, even though that is where the major impact was. Her liver enzymes and all other tests are perfect. Her white cell count and clotting factor are fine. She still has one small bleeder, mild fever and LOTS of swelling and bruising. They allowed her to drink water for the first time this evening and …are you ready for this? They have already moved her out of ICU. On top of all of that my brother said that his insurance company has been wonderful. They told him right from the beginning to not worry about anything but taking care of Nan, they would take care of everything else; includingpursuing the driver who hit Nan and any medical expenses that their insurance would not cover. So that was another blessing for him. Thank you so much for your prayers. God is SO good.

I saw her in action today. I actually got nauseated and had to lie down watching her.
Wowee..her phone did not stop buzzing. You go sister!
I am so glad that Nan's condition is better. Still praying for a speedy and complete recovery.
Wonderful news all on all fronts.
You go God! God is so good
Thank God for all his favors He sends us.
Great news. And, Trish is amazing, but don't over do it, friend. We need you for the long haul.
Dan
I sent one of those emails and we got a couple of those spots. Trish was amazing. As for Nan, miracles still happen! Glad to hear the good news.
GO Trish, you so rock!!!
Yeah God! I love to hear stories like that. Especially the part of "no medical explanation" no doubt there that God had His hands in that one!
Hooray for Nan! thank god.
Happy to hear about the busy season ahead — so many opportunities! Love the quote too. God is good.
